-Tutored Junior in high school in prepping in for SAT/ACT in English, Reading, and Writing -29 on ACT -I am going to school to be a teacher, and I love helping students learn, and help them achieve that "lightbulb" moment in learning, and tutoring is a great experience in being able to work one on one with students -I have taken education classes where I have been in a classroom working with students and creating and teacahing lessons. I have also been in a class (Teaching Content Literacy) where part of my field experience was tutoring once a week for five weeks. - I work with the YWCA of Waterloo where I am a site supervisor for the Y's Kids program. It is an after school program for elementary aged students where I plan activities for them, supervise free time, and help with homework
