I am a senior at the University of Northern Iowa. I am majoring in Elementary Education with a minor in Special Education. I currently have a 3.47 GPA.
Experience
I have had multiple teaching experiences in the Cedar Falls and Waterloo school districts. I am a summer nanny and tutor the students during the summers. From all my special education classes and experiences, I have knowledge about differentiating instruction to meet each child's needs. I want to be a tutor because it will further my knowledge of differentiating instruction for different students, being a tutor will give me the opportunities to meet different students with unique learning styles! I am so excited to become a teacher and I am looking for anyway to help children love learning and have fun while gaining knowledge.
