Education
I have an AA degree from Iowa Central Community College in which I graduated with a 3.75 GPA. I am working towards my BA in English Education in which I hold a 3.68 cummulative GPA. I am currently a junior and will be a senior in Spring of 2010.
Experience
I was a part-time tutor at Iowa Central Community College. I scored a 21 on my ACT and a 546 on my PPST. I help out freinds and other peers with their writing assignments, study skills, and homework often. I want to be a tutor becuase I believe that it woul;d be excellent experience as a future teacher, and I am always willing to help others. I have taken a vast amount of classes dealing with English, Literature, writing, and reading. I also have knowldge about social studies. I am very organized and I deal with time management well. I volunteer at many functions and facilities. I am currently a member of Kappa Delta Pi (International Education Honor Society), and a member of Sigma Tau Delta (International English Honor Society).
